Constructed from premium high-strength aluminum alloy, this cable cleat provides exceptional mechanical durability and weather resistance, completely eliminating the cracking and aging risks associated with traditional plastic alternatives while meeting the flame-retardant and thermal safety standards of modern IT facilities. With a standardized tier height of 10mm, each level perfectly accommodates 12 network cables. The structured matrix layout not only facilitates natural air convection for heat dissipation but also creates a clean appearance that enhances project acceptance standards.

The product features a highly practical structural design, with each tier secured by two high-strength male-to-female screws. This symmetrical dual-screw locking mechanism ensures that cables remain firmly in place without displacement, even in environments with equipment vibrations. A recommended installation interval of 300mm achieves optimal weight distribution. The modular stackable structure excels in late-stage maintenance, allowing technicians to loose screws of a specific tier to swap or adjust cables without disrupting the operation of other levels.
