Featuring an integrated geometric structure, the bracket evenly distributes the cable load to the sidewalls of the U-channel. This design enhances tensile and torsional resistance, keeping the suspension system structurally stable under load and preventing sagging. Manufactured from carbon structural steel, all edges are burr-free to protect cables from scratches during installation and maintenance.
The matching anti-looseness flange bolts and serrated flange nuts offer a self-locking function that expands the contact surface against the U-channel. This prevents nuts from loosening due to slight equipment vibrations while eliminating the need for extra spring washers, simplifying the workflow and accelerating project timelines.
Available with electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, or powder-coated finishes, the product delivers corrosion and oxidation resistance to withstand high-humidity server environments. It perfectly matches standard M10 or M12 threaded rods and can be customized in thickness or dimensions to fulfill precise engineering load requirements.
